I love me some macaroni and cheese just as long as it’s not made using a roux. This is a very simple recipe that doesn’t involve making a roux and, if I don’t count using salt and pepper this recipe is less than 5 ingredients! Take that, Claire Robinson.
My husband likes the Cheeseburger Hamburger Helper, so sometimes I will add ground beef (or chicken or tuna) to this, which has way less sodium than Hamburger Helper and, it tastes way better too.
I will have to post my recipe for Creamy Cavatappi and Cheese, when I have some more time. For now, this picture will have to do.
