Day Lilies

I planted these Day Lilies four years ago, and the excitement of seeing them bloom year after year, never seems to wear off. They seem to pop up so fast! One day they’re buds and the next thing you know, they’re fully bloomed and dusted with pollen.

The best thing about these flowers is that they bloom about the same time everyday. They’re also pretty low maintenance and don’t require a lot of water. I’d say these flowers are pretty resilient, too! There is a certain little chipmunk that loves digging in this container and yet, these flowers still thrive.
